We were the ones who had to explain why the "standard" member onboarding packet referenced snow tires and property tax due dates that made no sense in Pasadena. Members noticed. So did tellers — especially when someone asked about wescom credit union online banking enrollment and the only handout mentioned a routing number format we retired in 2015.

Pasadena Folio Co exists because California credit unions deserve print that sounds like the people who walk in on Colorado Boulevard — JPL contractors, PUSD teachers, hospital shift workers — not a generic national template with the logo swapped.

We bind in-house. Short runs. When indirect lending rules change after a CARB bulletin, we reprint 400 copies and courier them to Glendale before the weekend lot rush — not six weeks from a warehouse in Ohio.

We are not Wescom Credit Union. We do not handle wescom credit union login credentials or account data. We publish paper that your staff hands out after the member is already yours.

Wholesale orders run on PO numbers. Tell us which volumes you want in the branch kit and whether you need custom insert pages with your internal extension numbers. Most Pasadena-area orders placed before 3 p.m. PT ride our local courier; everything else ships UPS Ground from the studio loading dock off Colorado.
